Australia's national cake - sponge cake cubes coated in chocolate icing and rolled in coconut flakes.
Instructions
Bake the sponge cake and let it cool completely
Cut the sponge into 5cm cubes
Mix together icing sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter and milk until smooth
Dip each cube into the chocolate icing, coating all sides
Immediately roll the iced cubes in desiccated coconut
Place on a wire rack and let the icing set completely

- caster sugar 150 g
- plain flour 150 g
- butter 50 g
- vanilla extract 1 TL
- baking powder 1 TL
- icing sugar 1
- cocoa powder 50 g
- butter 30 g
- milk 150 ml
- desiccated coconut 200 g
