Rich, chocolatey cake inspired by Brazil's most beloved sweet treat - the brigadeiro.
Instructions
Beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy
Mix in eggs one at a time until well combined
Gently fold in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes
Cook condensed milk with cocoa powder, stirring constantly until thickened
Pour brigadeiro mixture over cooled cake
Cover with chocolate sprinkles while topping is still warm
