Chocolate cake inspired by Brazil's beloved sweet treat with condensed milk frosting.
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients, then combine with wet ingredients until smooth
Bake at 180°C (160°C fan) for 30 minutes until a skewer comes out clean
Cook condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Stir constantly until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan
Pour the warm brigadeiro mixture over the cooled cake
Cover generously with chocolate sprinkles while frosting is still warm
