Instructions
Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth
Beat in eggs one at a time until well combined
Sift matcha powder and mix with cream, then fold into mixture
Gently fold in flour until just combined
Bake in water bath at 160°C (320°F) for 65 minutes
Let cool slowly in the oven with door slightly open
Serve chilled with whipped cream
