Instructions
Bake the sponge cake and let it cool completely
Cut the sponge into 5cm cubes
Mix together the chocolate glaze ingredients until smooth
Dip each cube into the chocolate glaze
Roll the glazed cubes in desiccated coconut
Place on a wire rack and let the coating set

- plain flour 150 g
- butter 50 g
- powdered sugar 1
- cocoa powder 30 g
- milk 200 ml
- butter 30 g
- desiccated coconut 200 g
