Soft yeast cake with spiral cinnamon filling - like from a Swedish café.
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, knead the dough and let rise for 1 hour
Roll out the dough and spread with soft butter
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the butter
Roll up tightly and cut into 12 pieces
Place in springform pan and let rise for 30 minutes
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes, sprinkle with pearl sugar

- sugar 80 g
- cube fresh yeast (42g) 1 Würfel
- milk 200 ml
- butter 100 g
- egg 1
- soft butter 100 g
- brown sugar 100 g
- ground cinnamon 3 EL
- Pearl sugar 1
