Instructions
Melt chocolate and let cool slightly
Beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in egg yolks one at a time
Stir in the melted chocolate
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
Alternately fold in flour and egg whites
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes
Spread with apricot jam
Cover with chocolate glaze

- apricot jam 200 g
- dark chocolate for glaze 200 g
- heavy cream 100 ml
