An incredibly moist cake soaked in three types of milk - condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream.
Instructions
Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy
Sift flour and baking powder together
Stir in milk and vanilla extract
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes
Mix the three types of milk together
Poke holes all over the cake with a fork
Slowly pour milk mixture over the cake
Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum
Top with whipped cream before serving

- plain flour 200 g
- caster sugar 200 g
- eggs 5
- baking powder 1 TL
- whole milk 100 ml
- vanilla extract 1 TL
- sweetened condensed milk 400 g
- evaporated milk 350 ml
- heavy cream 200 ml
- heavy cream for whipping 300 ml
