Instructions
Bake 7 thin sponge cake layers
Melt chocolate, beat butter with powdered sugar and egg yolks
Fold melted chocolate into the butter mixture
Layer the sponge bases with chocolate buttercream
Cover the top layer with caramel and cut into serving pieces while warm
Place the caramel pieces on top of the assembled cake
