Instructions
Bake the chocolate sponge thinly on a baking sheet
Turn the hot sponge onto a damp tea towel
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form
Flavor the cream with kirsch
Spread cream filling and distribute cherries evenly
Roll up carefully and garnish with chocolate shavings
