Moist vegan banana bread without any animal products. Perfect for using up overripe bananas!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
Mash the bananas with a fork. Stir in oil and plant milk.
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir briefly. Don't overmix! Optionally fold in walnuts.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
Test with a toothpick. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out.

- ripe bananas 3 Stk
- plain flour (2¼ cups) 280 g
- sugar (¾ cup) 150 g
- vegetable oil (⅓ cup) 80 ml
- plant milk (½ cup) 120 ml
- baking powder 1 TL
- ½ tsp baking soda 0.5 TL
- pinch salt 1 Prise
- walnuts, chopped (½ cup) 50 g
